THE ROLE
As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team and regional recruiters across multiple countries. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of recruitment processes while maintaining compliance, data accuracy, and a positive candidate experience. Key Responsabilities include:
* Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones for candidates and hiring managers
* Manage candidate communications, ensuring timely updates and a positive candidate experience
* Prepare offer letters and support onboarding documentation in collaboration with HR teams
* Ensure recruitment activities comply with local labor laws, GDPR requirements, and company policies
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS (SuccessFactors)
* Collaborate with recruiters, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to support hiring needs
* Act as a point of contact between candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth process flow
* Support the effective use of recruitment systems and tools
* Coordinate with external vendors for background checks and other recruitment-related services

THE PROFILE
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support, ideally within EMEA
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proficiency with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred) and MS Office Suite
* Excellent written and spoken English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
