What will you do?
* Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to provide strategic insights that inform marketing and brand positioning decisions.
* Track and analyze marketing performance across channels like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and email.
* Map user journeys, identify friction points, and help improve UX/UI.
* Build dashboards with tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar.
* Collaborate with paid media, content, design, and product teams.
* Apply attribution models and suggest budget reallocations based on ROI.
* Ensure accurate tracking with UTMs, GA4, Meta Pixel, and more.
* Take part in European projects and marketing communities.
You’ll be at the core of data-driven decision making across the business.
Who are we looking for?
* 3–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or digital insights.
* Strong command of GA4, Power BI, Excel, SQL.
* Fluent in English (French is a plus).
* Knowledge of how AI can be applied to improve marketing outcomes.
* Business-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills.
* Comfortable working in international, fast-paced environments.
