This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate who is eager to gain hands-on experience across core HR functions while learning in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international environment. /ppYou will provide operational and administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee engagement initiatives. Working closely with the HR Manager and the wider HR team, you will contribute to the smooth execution of HR processes while developing strong foundational HR skills. /ppbr/ppThis position reports to the bHR Manager /b and is based out of bhybrid /b. As an HR Intern, you will have an opportunity to: /ppbr/pulliSupport day-to-day HR operations and serve as a first point of contact for basic employee inquiries under supervision. /liliAssist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring bconfidentiality /band data protection at all times. /liliProvide administrative support in bemployee lifecycle processes, including hires, contract changes, and exits. /b /lilibSupport /brecruitment activities such as job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. /liliAssist in onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new hires, including documentation and coordination. /liliSupport offboarding processes through administrative checklists and documentation. /liliAssist with internal training initiatives, including logistics coordination, attendance tracking, and LMS data entry. /liliSupport internal communications, employee engagement activities, and HR initiatives related to culture and workplace experience. /liliPrepare basic HR reports and support data tracking using bExcel and HR systems. /b /liliAssist with HR projects aligned with business and team objectives. /liliMaintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information. /li /ulpbr/ppbYou have: /b /ppbr/pulliCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in bHuman Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or Law (labor-oriented). /b /lilibEligibility to sign an internship agreement (mandatory). /b /liliBasic knowledge of HR principles and labor regulations. /liliProficiency inb Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. /b /liliInterest in learning HR systems (HRIS experience is a plus, not required). /liliStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. /liliA proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn. /liliAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. /lilibAdvanced English level /b; additional languages are a plus in multinational environments. /li /ulpbr/pp bSounds like you? /b /ppApply now or drop us a message at f – we’d like to meet you! /p
