We are currently looking for a:
ESG Analytics Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
- What you will be doing_
- 1- Annual Sustainability Report_
- Manage and coordinate the interdepartmental work on the Sustainability Report, including the verification process
- Identify key regulatory changes (e.g. CSRD) impacting the Sustainability Report and adapt it accordingly
- Derive action plans from the results of the Sustainability Report. Follow up on their implementation
- 2- ESG Digital Solutions_
- Manage and administrate Parques Reunidos ESG digital solutions, including data collection and reporting tools
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders for processes related to the group ESG digital tools
- Analyse ESG data to identify trends and draw recommendations
- 3- Environmental Sustainability_
- Calculate the Group’s carbon footprint (including Scopes 1, 2 and 3) and identify improvement areas
- Support the implementation of environmental initiatives aligned with Parques Reunidos climate transition plan
- Assist the sites and corporate departments on environment-related questions for transversal projects
- 4- ESG Ratings Participation_
- Lead the participation on specific ESG ratings (e.g. CDP, Ecovadis)
- What you will bring_
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Computer Science or other technical discipline (required)
- Proficiency in English - C1 level or above (required)
- 3 to 5 years work experience in ESG related areas (required)
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills (required)
- Proficiency in Excel (required)
- Experience with managing the annual Sustainability Report and materiality assessments (preferred)
- Experience with ESG reporting tools (e.g. Enablon, Intelex, Cority) (preferred)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) (preferred)
- Experience on ESG ratings (e.g. CDP, Ecovadis) (preferred)
- Experience on GHG emissions accounting, including Scope 3 (preferred)
- Experience on supplier engagement processes (preferred)
- Passion about sustainability related topics and strong commitment with our teams’ purpose and mission (required)
