The successful candidate knows how to develop brand strategy and execute integrated marketing campaigns - all while managing a PL, leverage sales and market data (NPD/Circana) to generate insights, track brand health, and inform the forecasting process. Always coordinating with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain) and external partners (agencies, licensors) to exceed annual goals.What will you work on? Brand Strategy Business Management
1. Manage own brands to exceed annual corporate goals, including revenue, margin, market share, and consumer demand.
2. Develop long-term brand equity through a hands-on approach to PL management, forecasting, SKU rationalization, pricing, and budget control.
3. Build and execute the annual brand plan, integrating product development, marketing campaigns, and retail activities.
Marketing Campaign Execution
4. Develop and manage integrated consumer marketing campaigns within agreed budgets, including TV/digital media placement where appropriate.
5. Oversee the creation of POS materials and ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all touchpoints.
6. Brief and collaborate with marketing and PR agencies to develop and execute impactful campaigns.
Cross-functional Leadership Coordination
7. Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Demand Planners to review and implement regular forecasting updates (minimum monthly), optimizing stock levels in a seasonal environment.
8. Produce sales enablement tools such as range plans, external TV plans, and brand promotional guidelines to support the Sales Team.
9. Where appropriate, manage relationships with licensors to maximize brand potential.
Market Intelligence Analysis
10. Monitor sales data and market trends (including NPD/Circana) to assess brand health and generate actionable insights that guide strategic decisions.
11. Conduct trend and competitive analysis, tracking industry shifts, competitor sales and marketing activities, and retailer initiatives to identify new opportunities.
Trade Shows Representation
12. Lead the brand's presence at Toy Fairs, ensuring your brands are well represented through effective planning, execution, and follow-up.

The Junior Brand Manager role reports to the Marketing Manager.
What are your skills and experience?
13. University degree or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
14. Minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within the Toy Industry or other kid-related sectors (e.g., toy retail, children's entertainment, or kid-focused licensing).
15. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with SAP is a plus but not required.
16. Advanced proficiency in PL management; ability to perform forecasting, analyze sales data (NPD/Circana), and make decisions based on ROI and profitability.
17. Applied Marketing Insight-Driven Decisions: Proficient in the 4Ps with a focus on executing campaigns, analyzing sales and market data, and translating insights into actionable recommendations that continuously improve brand performance.
18. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Spanish Native Fluent English (negotiation level)
