A
multinational billion dollar technology company
are looking for a
Energy and Sustainability Engineer
in
Spain.
This will be a
freelance (autonomo)
1 year contract with view to extend and working full time hours - Monday to Friday.
The ideal candidate is someone who has commercial awareness as part of the role you will be speaking to landlords and negotiating for leasing partnerships. Also an understanding with
BMS
(Building Management Systems) and
EPBD (
Energy Performance of Buildings Directive) is preferred.
Extra day to day responsibilities below:
* Conduct detailed HVAC system assessments for co-investment opportunities across portfolio
* Perform comprehensive energy efficiency analysis for proposed system modifications
* Assess electrification feasibility and integration requirements for various building types
* Review technical specifications for heat pump installations, HVAC upgrades, and system replacements
* Provide expert guidance on European sustainability regulations impacting industrial and logistics real estate
* Participate in landlord negotiations providing specialized technical expertise and regulatory validation
* Design HVAC optimization strategies and implementation roadmaps for landlord partnerships
