Job description
We are looking for a passionate and talented ServiceNow Senior Developer to support the implementation and ongoing development of a custom ServiceNow-based TV Release & Content Management System. The role focuses on hands-on development, configuration, and reliable implementation of ServiceNow solutions in a complex environment.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on defined requirements and technical guidelines
* Configure ServiceNow using out-of-the-box functionality and custom development where required
* Develop custom applications, features, and extensions on client and server side
* Develop and maintain ServiceNow portals, including front-end (HTML, CSS, AngularJS) and back-end components, widgets, workflows, and flows
* Develop API integrations with external systems
* Ensure compliance with implementation standards and technical best practices
* Maintain, optimize, and enhance existing ServiceNow implementations
* Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
* Support testing activities, rollouts, and hyper-care phases
* Create and maintain technical documentation
Technical Requirements and Skills
* Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a specialization in software development or a comparable qualification
* 3–5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
* Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities
* Solid JavaScript skills (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Glide API)
* Experience with Flow Designer and API web service integrations
* Experience with ServiceNow portals and UI development
* Expertise in CSDM / CMDB
* Expertise in Service Catalog
* Expertise in UI Builder and Workspaces
Professional Skills and Competencies
* Good problem-solving skills
* Independent and reliable way of working with good understanding of business processes
* Practical experience with agile development methods
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and complex environment
* Very good English
