OverviewAs a Service Project Manager for Web, you will be accountable for establishing, operationalizing, and evolving the web channel content design and production capabilities into a global services delivery setup.
Responsibilities
Manage External Vendor Production Partners to enable the global service
Transform maturing web content capability into a globally harmonized service
Deliver web content services at global scale
Continuously improve quality and costs of the delivery
Help Global Capability Owners (GCOs) with piloting new technologies, new ways of working and disruptive changes
Guide IT counterparts to provide platforms and systems that are meeting business needs
Manage the continuous improvement of the mature capability
Be a core member in the Web Way Forward project which has the objective of optimizing the web channel with lower operating costs and introducing a more web owner centric service approach
Requirements
Masters Degree in an area relevant to the service e.g. Digital Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, Operations or others
Minimum of five years of proven success in service delivery management, preferably in a Big Pharma, internal shared services setup
Proven background in continuous improvement activities and business process reengineering (Lean Six Sigma training/ certification is a plus)
Solid management and organizational leadership skills
English - fluent in written, reading, speaking
Able to apply sound judgment while working independently within tight timelines
Excellent oral and written communication, with great interpersonal skills; able to forge trusting relationships within a diverse team
Proven success as a key member of a matrixed, cross-functional team; able to work equally well with people in business, creative, science and technical positions
Strong collaboration, communication, and mediation skills
Strong results orientation. Ability to plan and organize work. Observation, interviewing and listening skills
