We are currently looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Customer Service & Unified Service Desk (USD) Developer to join an international project team. What You'll Do Develop and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service. Build and maintain Unified Service Desk (USD) components, including Hosted Controls, Actions, Events, and Agent Scripting. Develop custom hosted controls using C#/.NET (WPF) and JavaScript. Integrate CTI and telephony solutions within USD. Work with USD APIs and SDK to extend platform capabilities. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions. Required Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service. Hands-on experience with Unified Service Desk (USD). Experience with USD Hosted Controls, Actions, Events, and Agent Scripting. Knowledge of CTI adapters and telephony integrations. Strong C#/.NET (WPF) development skills. JavaScript experience within Dynamics environments. Nice to Have XAML and advanced WPF knowledge. Experience building custom UI integrations within Dynamics 365. Knowledge of Omnichannel for Customer Service or Customer Service Workspace. Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira. Why Join Excelia? 100% remote position.
