As part of our Global Project and Portfolio team, you will play a key role in leading projects and programs aligned with our Consumer Healthcare (CHC) strategy, focusing on dermatology.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* End-to-end project and program management of global in-licensing projects and new product developments from idea generation to market launch.
* Support innovations within the Derma category (e.g., Nizoral, Oilatum) and assist with other categories (e.g., VMS, Sleep, Cough & Cold, Pain).
* Coordinate with various stakeholders including global and affiliate CHC category teams.
* Implement and maintain the performance of global cross-functional project teams with clear roles and responsibilities.
* Manage stakeholder expectations actively.
* Create and maintain project plans regarding time, scope, and resources, including status reports.
* Manage project scope with a holistic view, including requirements gathering, scope definition, and change management.
* Identify synergies within project categories and operationalize project portfolio management as needed.
* Provide strategic leadership to cross-functional teams.
* Participate in external training courses, symposia, and industry events to stay updated on market and technology trends.
* Conduct risk analyses and manage escalations.
* Collaborate with internal functions such as Portfolio Management, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Medical, Clinical, Controlling, Business Units, and Affiliates.
* Support process improvements and work with other project managers to enhance workflows.
REQUIREMENTS
* University degree in a science field (preferably Pharmacology, Medicine, Biology, or Chemistry).
* 7-10 years of experience in Dermatology, Dermocosmetics, or related industries, with a successful record of launching major products in Consumer Healthcare or FMCG companies.
* Strong knowledge of dermatological product development and regulatory procedures for OTC, cosmetics, and food supplements.
* Experience in launching products outside of Dermocosmetics is a plus.
* Good understanding of relevant CHC areas, marketing, consumer insights, and proficiency with AI tools to enhance productivity.
* Proven track record in driving new tools and enhancements from concept to launch.
* Results-driven with a growth mindset.
* Excellent conflict management, interface management, and leadership skills.
* Business acumen and project management certification are advantageous.
* Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
* Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Based in Spain or the UK.
