Get matched with your online coach to set a personalized action plan, build healthy habits, and stay motivated to achieve your health and weight goals.**The opportunity****What you’ll do**- Develop an SEM strategy that increases our ROAS and scales spend to the optimal point under diminishing returns on major search engine platforms- Implement and continually adjust the appropriate spend across search engines by geo and platform- Automate operations and scale the Paid Search program by proactively monitoring app download sources to set and exceed customer conversion goals- Develop and implement AB testing frameworks and regular ad refreshes to combat ad fatigue and increase ad engagement and ROAS- Proactively recommend new campaigns, and provide performance feedback to internal teams- Use a mindset of experimentation to quickly test and advance from one new keyword set or ad platform to another to serve our unique business needs- Collaborate with the analytics team to build a performance metric dashboard and present learnings and actionable recommendations to the stakeholders- Partnering with the finance and analytics teams, monitor and own the LTV-to-CAC for SEM spend**About you**- 2+ years of Paid Media experience at a start-up or a tech company offering apps to consumers- Demonstrable experience, certifications and relationships with Google Ads- Deep knowledge of Google’s variety of tools for ad execution and conversion tracking- Proven track record of establishing and scaling an ROI-positive Paid Search program that directly drives high volume of product conversions- You are a great storyteller and communicator who can build relationships with a diverse set of internal/external stakeholders- You’re just as comfortable powering through Google Sheets as you are whipping up summary slides while meeting tight deadlines- You possess enthusiasm, creativity, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a growth-mindset**How you’ll grow**- Your work will directly contribute to Able’s mission and bottom-line goals- You will have the opportunity to grow with the Performance Marketing function at Ables and take on new projects as the organization grows- You will build deepen relationships across the organization- You will be asked to draw and summarize insights- You will get to interact with interesting and influential digital wellness content creators**You’ll love working here if**- You care about digital wellness and access to it- You work best in a highly collaborative environment- You’re metrics-driven in your decision-making- You strive to improve existing processes- You want to work with teammates who excel at their jobs and embrace experimentation- You are committed to challenging the status quo and making sure our culture at Ables is among the most diverse and inclusive places to work
