Do you have at least 15 years of experience as a Project Manager in Powertrain environments?
At ALTEN, we know that the success of our projects is due to the people who make up our team. Coordinate technical and project management activities across the main client, industrial partners, and the different departments involved.
Ensure the proper application of internal development and quality processes (project management methodologies, design, validation, and homologation).
Consolidate and report QCDP indicators (Quality, Cost, Deadline, Performance) at each project milestone.
Participate in defining objectives, risk analysis, and overall project planning.
Prepare the technical documentation required for development (specifications, functional analyses, validation plans, quality dossiers, QCDP reports, among others).
Ensure problem-solving and technical traceability using structured methodologies (LUP, 8D, QC Story, PDCA).
Participate in training sessions and updates of internal development and quality tools.
Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive, or similar).
At least 15 years of experience in technical project management, especially in the automotive/Powertrain sector.
Proven experience in technical coordination between departments and cross-functional project management.
High level of English (C1) is essential, both spoken and written.
Leadership skills, global project vision, and a results-oriented mindset.
