To strengthen our team, we are now looking for an experienced and motivated Accounting Specialist to join us in Sabadell.
Location: Sabadell, Spain (On-site)
? Position: Full-time
Your Role
As our Accounting Specialist, you will play a key role in managing our financial operations:
?? Manage accounts payable and receivable
?? Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations in Microsoft Dynamics ERP
?? Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
?? Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
?? Assist with audits, budgets, and tax filings
?? Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and external consultants
?? Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards
Your Profile
?? Native or fluent German speaker
?? 4–5 years of experience in accounting (international environment preferred)
?? Strong knowledge of AP/AR and European accounting standards
?? Advanced skills in Microsoft Dynamics ERP & MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
?? Excellent English skills (additional languages are a plus)
?? Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized
?? Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
?? Available for on-site work (no remote option)
