We're growing and looking for a motivated, reliable business development rep who understands the Spanish market and can confidently speak to potential clients.
The Role
We're hiring a Business/Sales Development Representative for a 2-month paid contract (internship-style). You'll work closely with the team to generate leads, contact prospects, and help bring in new B2B clients.
This role is adecuado for someone who wants real responsibility, hands-on sales experience, and the opportunity to turn strong results into a longer-term position.
Key Responsibilities
• Find and research potential clients (offices, gyms, coworking spaces, companies, etc.)
• Build lead lists using LinkedIn, Google, local directories, and outreach
• Cold calling and outreach in Spanish (main channel)
• Follow up with leads and schedule meetings / tastings
• Support sales proposals, presentations, and simple pitch decks
• Track outreach activity and results in a CRM or spreadsheet
• Participate in occasional in-person meetings for strategy and coordination
Requirements (Must-Have)
• Native Spanish
• Strong English
• Driver's license
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
• Comfortable with cold calling and speaking to business clients
• Reliable, organized and able to work independently.
Nice to Have
• Russian language skills
• B2B sales experience
• Food / catering / hospitality background
• Knowledge of the local business market in Spain
Work Style (Hybrid)
• Mostly remote / work from home
• Occasional meetings at our food production location to discuss strategy, review progress, and coordinate next steps
