Title: Global Head of HR
Highly confidential search on behalf of a very well-known leading international brand within the Premium Fashion & Lifestyle sector.
We are seeking a commercially minded Global Head of HR to lead and evolve the people strategy of a wonderfully dynamic, design-led global business with a strong retail and corporate footprint.
This is a leadership role with global scope, partnering closely with executive leadership to drive organisational performance, culture, talent development, and employee engagement across multiple markets.
The role will oversee all core HR functions globally across both Retail and Corporate populations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the global HR strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth ambitions
* Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership across all people-related matters
* Oversee all areas of HR including:
* Talent Acquisition
* Learning & Development
* Performance Management
* Employee Relations
* Organisational Design
* Compensation & Benefits
* Leadership Development
* Culture & Engagement
* DE&I initiatives
* Drive HR transformation and modernisation initiatives across international markets
* Support and coach leadership teams through organisational change and business evolution
* Lead and develop the global HR team across retail and corporate environments
* Ensure a strong employer brand and employee experience aligned with the brand’s identity and values
* Partner closely with Retail leadership to support store network performance, talent retention, and people development
* Build scalable people processes and frameworks to support continued international growth
Profile
* Significant senior HR leadership experience within Premium Fashion, Lifestyle, Luxury, Retail or Consumer brands
* Strong experience managing Retail HR environments internationally
* Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability
* Proven experience leading HR teams across multiple geographies
* Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Experience operating within entrepreneurial, creative and fast-evolving organisations is highly valued
* International exposure and multicultural leadership experience essential
* Fluent English required;
Spanish not a must but highly desired, additional languages are a plus
