Key Responsibilities
* Act as the key day-to-day project contact with lower to high-level clients and creative agencies.
* Possess an accurate sense of client satisfaction level - facilitate sharing client feedback with the team and management; sensitive to the client's needs and concerns.
* Take accountability to ensure that all team members are aware of timelines and deliverables.
* Develop and maintain high levels of team effectiveness (trust, communication, collaboration, productivity, diversity, and engagement).
* Serve as a mentor/coach to junior producers.
* Manage client objectives, budget, expectations, deliverables, and timelines, communicating changes/directions to team members.
* Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes.
* Demonstrate strong commercial abilities and business and financial acumen.
* Work with interdisciplinary teams of creative, production, and technologists to define and develop scopes and estimates of projects (goals, deliverables, schedule, and budget), helping to translate creative concepts into clear sets of deliverables with proper staffing.
* Own project budget and tracks all ongoing costs throughout the project lifecycle, reconciling estimates to actuals on all projects, and resolving budget discrepancies between disciplines, vendors, and clients.
* Develop and maintain scopes, timelines, and budgets.
* Coordinate and partner with Hogarth's global production network to ensure global campaign launches are successful and work is completed.
* Manage status documents, agendas, contact reports, trackers, and day-to-day communication with teams and clients.
* Liaise with clients/agencies/suppliers to obtain schedules, briefs, assets, and technical specifications.
* Responsible for managing the talent and traffic teams at Hogarth.
* Manage POs, financial reporting, tracking, and billing against all project budgets.
Requirements
* 4-5 years of production experience in an integrated agency or production house.
* Solid understanding of production, postproduction, and the creative development process.
* Knowledge of the whole postproduction process from start to finish.
* Experience with data handling & assets management, buyouts, and formats.
* Successful history of project leadership to clients and account, with demonstrable experience in setting expectations.
* Ability to manage medium to complex projects with varying components, demonstrating ability to deliver on time and on budget.
* Fluent in English to work with native speakers.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and workflow tools, online project management/collaboration/ticketing tools e.g. JIRA, Sharepoint, Smartsheet, etc.
