As a Spa Therapist at SO/ Sotogrande, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional spa experiences to our discerning guests, helping them achieve relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being. Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, body wraps, facials, and other wellness therapies Perform cosmetic treatments Customize treatments to meet individual guest needs and preferences Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming spa environment Educate guests on proper skincare routines and recommend appropriate products Assist in the reception area, including booking appointments and answering inquiries Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth spa operations and guest satisfaction Stay updated on the latest spa trends and techniques to enhance service offerings Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols Maintain accurate treatment records and client files QualificationsDiploma or certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or a related field Previous experience as a spa therapist or in a similar role Proficiency in various massage techniques and body treatments Strong knowledge of skincare and wellness practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to create a calm and relaxing environment for guests Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic demeanor Time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed Additional certifications in specific spa treatments (preferred) Knowledge of spa and beauty industry trends Fluency in English and Spanish, other languages is a plus Physical stamina to perform treatments throughout the day Additional InformationAttractive incentive plan.
