YOUR ROLE
An Operations and Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of operations within a company, for a dedicated customer.
This position requires a blend of customer service, administrative duties, and operations skills.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
1. Organize, operate, and invoice daily transport activities for the customer.
2. Manage complaints or queries made by customers, ensuring their correct resolution in the shortest possible time to guarantee customer satisfaction.
3. Act as a CEVA ambassador in front of the client, ensuring CEVA interests are respected in daily operations.
4. Establish relationships with clients and continually provide high standards of customer service.
5. Follow quality, safety, and environmental procedures and standards, and adhere to instructions to comply with QHSE requirements.
6. Be a team player within CEVA for this customer, cooperating with internal stakeholders.
7. Develop any other tasks entrusted by CEVA within the scope of the organization and according to responsibilities.
¿QUÉ ESTAMOS BUSCANDO?
1. Education: Medium or higher degree in Transport Management or Business Administration.
2. Languages: High level of English.
3. Experience: 3 to 5 years in similar roles within a multinational logistics and/or transportation company.
4. Specialist knowledge: High proficiency in Outlook and Excel.
