Amazon Music is seeking an Industry Relations Manager for our Spanish team to serve as the primary liaison managing relationships with major and independent record labels, artists, and artist managers. This strategic role requires deep knowledge of the Spanish local music scene and is focused on negotiating and executing partnerships that grow both Amazon Music and our partners.
Primary Objectives

* Identify and execute new streaming business initiatives that create mutual value and develop revenue opportunities.
* Engage and expand fan bases for partner artists and labels through Amazon Music's unique benefits.

A Day in the Life
The Industry Relations Manager will lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams including Programming, Retail & Merchandising, Marketing, Social Media, Tech and PR, as well as global counterparts. The role involves establishing trust-based relationships, ensuring efficient and impactful working relationships, delivering high-impact projects alongside evergreen campaigns, and applying data-informed strategies.
Basic Qualifications
*
* Experience in the entertainment industry, including customs and practices.
* High-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management experience.
* Experience overseeing and managing projects and deadlines.
* Experience in a relevant field.
* Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Spanish (Common European Framework of Reference C1/C2).

* Experience working with global cross-functional teams.
* Experience working with fast-moving, high-performance teams and driving innovative solutions tailored to unique business environments.
