The KAM Assistant is responsible for giving support to the KAM in the management of national main end users and the local business of QSR.
Your objective is to support the KAM in bringing sustainable profitable growth, optimizing volume, turnover and profitability in the main end users and QSR.
**Sales activities**:
- Support the KAM in the best strategy which should be in line with the European one in terms of volume, net sales, gross profit and product mix, and ensuring its execution and follow up
- You may meet and have contact with some of those customers of your region
- You will work to increase profitability thanks to improving the product mix
- Be obsessed with you customers, listening to them, understanding their needs, and work with the KAM to develop the best strategy for each
- Focus on the strategic products of the company and work to introduce the innovation and the appetizers in current and prospect customers
- You will support and push the digital journey in your region, using our CRM system
- Ensure the best customer´s experience, being in contact with other Departments such as Customer Service, Marketing, AR, etc
- Gather and communicate necessary data about competition, market activities, promotions, and new product launches.
- Propose the KAM initiatives to improve the business in your region
- Be the backup of the KAM
**Relationship Building and Cooperation**:
- Build strong relationships and cooperation with all your stakeholders
- Conduct regular investigations around the market, current and prospect customers to assess performance, identify opportunities for growth, and address any concerns or challenges.
- Constant relationship with other departments of the company to ensure the best customer´s service
- Participate in or lead specific projects when requested
**New Product Development**:
- Play an active role in new product development by providing feedback and insights based on market trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to support the needs of key accounts and drive business growth.
**Reporting**:
- You will directly report to the KAM
- Sales reviews and presentations as required by management.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and internal stakeholders
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
- User of digital tools and platforms
- Interest in the food service industry is a plus
- Any experience in sales is a plus
- Eny experience with CRM is a plus
- Agile, innovative, resilient and committed to the McCain Leadership principles
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Native Spanish
- C1 in English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel within the designated region as required
