The _Cooks_ report to the Executive Chef. S/He is accountable for playing their part in preparing and serving food that is consistently excellent. This person is a team player, carefully trained, multi-skilled, versátil, courteous and friendly.
- NCTVET certification in culinary studies
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in this field.
- Valid Food Handler’s Permit
- Working knowledge of the basic culinary arts
- Hands-on job experience and knowledge of how to prepare meals in bulk
- Ability to withstand the physical demands of the job
- Ability to work flexible shifts including week-end and Public holidays
- Ability to work well with peers and leaders at all levels
