IT Support Specialist
with deep Apple Mac expertise to join our Barcelona office. This person will run point on all local IT needs—supporting our team, managing inventory, leading projects, and elevating the employee tech experience.What you will do :
Technical SupportDeliver high-level support for Apple Mac devices and related hardware
Troubleshoot login, network, and VoIP issues
Maintain and repair office tech equipment—or manage replacements as needed
Onboarding & OffboardingOwn the technical side of employee onboarding and offboarding
Set up new hires with devices and access;
image and ship Macs
Deactivate accounts and coordinate hardware returns for departing team members
Inventory ManagementTrack, manage, and maintain all local IT equipment
Ensure devices are available, functional, and up to date
Projects & MentorshipLead and execute IT projects that improve processes and infrastructure
Support global initiatives in partnership with the broader IT team
Mentor junior team members and run the IT segment of our HR orientation
System MaintenanceTest new tools and stay current on IT security practices
Perform regular maintenance and keep documentation up to date
What you will bring :
4+ years of hands-on technical support experience, with a Mac-heavy focusExceptional communication skills—able to explain complex things simplyA calm, helpful approach to solving people’s tech challengesA self-starter mindset—you’re comfortable running independently and making smart decisionsStrong troubleshooting, organization, and time-management skillsInventory system experience (you know what’s in stock and where it is)A passion for technology and the curiosity to keep learningLeadership chops—you're someone others naturally turn to for guidanceBonus if you’ve used :
