YOUR MISSION:
Critical analysis and processing of medical expense claims within the designated turnaround time.
KEY AREAS:
* Claims processing:
* Assessing and processing claims for medical expenses while maintaining confidentiality.
* Accurate data entry into PC and mainframe applications.
* Applying analytical and critical thinking in cost management and work methods.
* Managing workload volume and timing, with appropriate follow-up.
* Participating in claims flow processing, communicating with supervisors about unclear claims and process improvements.
* Maintaining high-quality claim handling, ensuring accurate reimbursements, and prompt transactions.
In relation to other positions:
* Providing accurate information about files to internal colleagues.
* Tracking procedural irregularities and reporting them.
* Raising issues or sensitivities with supervisors.
* Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
* Education: Degree or equivalent experience in foreign languages, translation, interpretation, or administration.
* Languages: Active knowledge of English; knowledge of Italian, Portuguese, Greek, German, Dutch, or French is a plus.
* Skills: Decision-making, numerical aptitude, accuracy, discipline, efficiency, teamwork, computer literacy, discretion with confidential information.
Start date: Mid-August or first week of September.
