The role manages the strongtechnical delivery, commissioning, and operational support /strong of utility-scale BESS projects. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppstrong1. Project Handover from Sales / Presales /strong /pulliTake ownership of projects after strongcommercial contract closure /strong. /liliReview project scope including: /liliSystem design /liliGrid requirements /liliPerformance guarantees /liliProject schedules /liliAlign with customers and internal teams on project execution strategy. /li /ulpstrong2. Project Execution Delivery /strong /pulliManage the strongfull lifecycle delivery of utility-scale BESS projects /strong. /liliCoordinate with EPC contractors, integrators, and equipment suppliers. /liliTrack project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. /liliEnsure compliance with technical specifications, grid requirements, and safety standards. /liliManage project risks and coordinate issue resolution. /li /ulpstrong3. Commissioning Grid Integration /strong /pulliOversee commissioning of utility-scale BESS including: /liliSystem energization /liliGrid compliance testing /liliPerformance testing /liliWork with grid operators and technical partners to complete system integration. /liliEnsure successful handover to operations. /li /ulpstrong4. Operations Support Service Management /strong /pulliCoordinate strongpost-commissioning support and service activities /strong. /liliManage long-term service plans and preventive maintenance. /liliMonitor system performance and coordinate troubleshooting if needed. /liliInterface with OEM technical teams for system diagnostics. /li /ulpstrong5. Stakeholder Coordination /strong /pulliAct as the primary technical contact between: /liliCustomers /liliEPC contractors /liliOEM suppliers /liliInternal teams /liliEnsure smooth communication and alignment across stakeholders. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications /strong /pulliDegree in strongElectrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering /strong, or related field. /lilistrong5–10 years experience /strong in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects. /liliExperience with stronglarge-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure /strong preferred. /liliStrong understanding of: /liliGrid integration /liliPower systems /liliEnergy management systems /liliHigh-voltage systems /li /ulpbr/ppstrongSkills /strong /pulliStrong project management and coordination skills /liliKnowledge of grid compliance and power system integration /liliAbility to manage multiple technical stakeholders /liliStrong problem-solving ability /liliWillingness to travel to project sites /li /ul
