This role is key to expanding our market reach, identifying and developing new B2B client relationships, driving online sales, and strengthening our brand presence in the highly competitive online printing industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing partnerships, and executing online marketing campaigns that increase customer acquisition, retention, and revenue. A strong understanding of industrial offset printing or prepress processes is highly valued.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted B2B sectors.Research and analyze market trends to understand client needs and identify potential growth areas.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, resellers, and print buyers.Implement and manage email automation campaigns for lead generation and follow-ups.Maintain a consistent and professional presence on social media channels (mainly LinkedIn) to attract potential clients.Maintain CRM records and report regularly on pipeline progress and sales performance.QualificationsMaster's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in the commercial printing sector.Solid understanding of commercial print production, prepress processes, or industrial printing – a strong plus.Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and best practices.Proven track record of generating leads and closing business deals.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM softwares and marketing automation platforms.Fluent in English (spoken and written) – this is a must.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based bonusesDynamic and international working environment in the heart of BarcelonaFlexible work schedule and remote work optionsSupportive and collaborative team environment
