About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Linguistics Expert to support AI model training initiatives and linguistic content creation.
This role is ideal for professionals with a strong academic background in linguistics and a passion for language, technology, and clear communication.
You will play a critical role in developing and improving large language models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) systems by curating, annotating, and evaluating high-quality linguistic data.

Experience Level:
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Linguistics or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and edit linguistically rich content (grammar guides, syntactic analysis, usage explanations, NLP examples).
* Identify and resolve issues related to ambiguity, bias, and grammatical accuracy.
* Perform quality assurance (QA) on model outputs (fluency, tone, factual accuracy, and linguistic appropriateness).
* Annotate linguistic datasets with syntactic, semantic, and pragmatic labels.
* Conduct linguistic research and summarize findings for internal teams.
* Evaluate model behavior, error patterns, and generalization issues from a linguistic perspective.
Requirements
* Strong understanding of linguistic theory and language structure.
* Experience (preferred) in one or more of the following:
* Computational linguistics
* Corpus analysis
* Linguistic data annotation
* LLM training
* Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
* Strong interest in AI, technology, and advanced linguistic applications.
