In this role, you will be responsible for executing accounting and reporting activities within the Accounts Payable area of Procure to Pay, ensuring timely payments and resolving vendor queries for Germany and Austria. You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing projects.RESPONSIBILITIESProcess purchase and cost invoices and credit notes within the agreed timeframe, maintaining high service quality and efficiency.Reconcile vendor statements;
resolve debit balances.Proactively follow up on disputed and overdue invoices.Handle incoming queries from vendors and business partners.Collect, analyze, and interpret data to produce reports, both monthly and ad-hoc.Participate in month-end closing activities.Prepare payment runs;
collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth settlement of payables.Maintain service levels and quality standards (KPIs, SLAs).Build effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders within local entities.Participate in projects such as process transitions, continuous improvements, and standardization procedures.Support other areas like Accounts Receivable or General Ledger as needed.QUALIFICATIONSFluent in English;
