In this role you shape the sensing solutions portfolio for South European markets. You drive new application opportunities while leveraging existing product technlogy, coordinating with Offering Management, Engineering and external customers. You oversee NPI pipeline prioritization and ensure timely, ROI-driven project delivery across cross-functional teams. You will help customers and regional sales teams by delivering technical expertise and translating requirements into product outcomes. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role within Honeywell Sensing Solutions that combines engineering with strategic account activity.

• Provide technical support to customers and regional sales teams
• Develop new applications while integrating existing product technologies to maintain consistency and reliability
• Collaborate with Offering Management, Engineering, and customers to gather, prioritize, and refine requirements
• Define product vision and align technical objectives with strategy and customer needs
• Identify risks in projects and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time completion
• Monitor metrics related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer feedback to support growth and excellence
• Build and prioritize the NPI pipeline to maximize business impact and ROI
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors for rapid prototyping
Responsabilidades xpzdshu
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, etc.)
• At least 5 years of Account Management and/or Applications Engineer experience in B2B technical sales in Manufacturing/OEM environments
• Native Spanish speaker
• Proficiency in English
• Proficiency in French or Italian
• Willingness to travel up to 30% across South European countries
• Based in or near Madrid or Barcelona with home-office setup
