What You'll Be Doing
As a
Client Support Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for travelers and customers, helping them with a variety of requests. Your role will include:
Managing bookings creating, updating, or canceling reservations.
Guiding customers via phone, email, or chat with professional and friendly support.
Assisting with special services (VIP clients, mobility support, or tailored travel needs).
Handling claims such as delays, cancellations, or strikes with empathy and efficiency.
Providing accurate, real-time information to help customers make confident decisions.
Going above and beyond so that every interaction feels personal and memorable.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Fluency in
Spanish (C1)
and strong command of
English (B2), both spoken and written.
A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
Previous experience with
GDS tools
(Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is highly valued.
At least
6 months experience
in customer service, tourism, or travel-related roles preferred.
Above all, a willingness to learn, grow, and bring energy to every interaction.
