✍️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
+5 years of experience
as a Java Backend Developer with
IVR/voice bot integration
expertise. Strong proficiency with
Java 11/17, Spring (Spring-Boot, Spring-Batch, MVC), Maven
for backend development. Mandatory experience creating workflows with DSLs and developing integration pieces for voice bots with DialogFlow CX Proven experience with IVR solutions (e.g., Twilio)
and microservice architecture Solid knowledge of
RESTful APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, ESB integrations, and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) Database expertise:
JPA, Oracle, JDBC with experience in database migration tools (Liquibase/Flyway) Testing proficiency:
JUnit, Mockito, Wiremock, MockMVC with strong vendor testing experience (unit, integration, end-to-end, smoke) DevOps experience:
Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines Advanced proficiency in Spanish
(written and spoken). Strong
problem-solving skills
and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Develop and maintain robust IVR workflows and voice bot integrations using
Java, Spring, and DialogFlow CX Create efficient, reusable microservices with
Spring Boot
and implement
API composition patterns Design, optimize, and maintain database structures (Oracle) to ensure data integrity and performance for voice applications Collaborate with designers and other developers to deliver intuitive and scalable voice-enabled solutions Participate in
Agile methodologies
and sprint planning Implement
monitoring and observability solutions
using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in
voice AI, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
