The Retail Excellence Specialist & Key Account Executive (Temporary) will support operational excellence and innovation within the retail environment for a defined period. This will involve contributing to project management, assisting with process optimization, and supporting the development of tools for retail teams. The incumbent will act as a point of contact with LOEWE Fashion, assisting with account management, supporting launch campaigns, and participating in performance analysis to identify growth opportunities and foster collaboration.
This temporary dual-role position combines retail excellence project support with fashion operational assistance to contribute to strong performance and collaboration between internal teams and LOEWE Central. The role will collaborate with the Worldwide Retail Director, supporting retail excellence, operational consistency, and strategic initiatives across regions, as needed, for the duration of the assignment.
Job Responsibility:
As Retail Excellence Manager
Drive active project management and ensure follow-up of all retail projects.
Identify and implement retail operational process improvements to elevate our ways of working.
Develop and roll out retail tools that support and unlock retail team capacities.
Coordinate with regions worldwide to ensure consistency across our assisted distribution network.
Track and analyze KPIs and retail performance to support decision-making.
Work closely with IT and internal stakeholders to foster retail digitalization and process innovation.
Secure the good management of the retail platforms across regions
As LOEWE Account Executive
Manage and monitor forecast visibility to ensure accurate planning and stock levels.
Act as the main contact for LOEWE Central Merchandising for daily account management.
Lead new launch coordination with LOEWE and LOEWE Perfumes regional teams.
Identify, improve, and implement operational processes to optimize efficiency.
Serve as the main contact for Customer Service on daily account management topics.
Conduct regular sell-in, sell-out, and stock-on-hand analysis to provide visibility to senior management and regional teams.
Directly coordinate the management across regions of replenishment and marketing orders for all direct markets (Iberia, Europe, Asia Export, and Americas).
Lead special projects, such as exclusive gifting initiatives and other LOEWE-specific activities.
Profile:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, retail operations, or key account management.
Proven experience in analyzing KPIs and tracking sales performance to inform strategic decision-making.
Experience in coordinating international projects involving multicultural teams and diverse functional areas is highly desirable.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) is desirable.
Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
A strong understanding of the fashion and luxury market, including current retail trends, is essential.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
