As the Sales Manager for the Spanish market, you'll be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team of sales representatives within a call center environment. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring high-quality customer interactions, and optimizing operational performance. You will oversee day-to-day sales operations, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Lead, coach, and motivate the call center sales team to meet and/or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, scripts, and incentive programs, including tactical challenges to foster overachievement.
Monitor team performance through reports, dashboards, and one to ones.
Provide ongoing training and development to improve sales techniques and product knowledge by doing weekly 1to1s, team meetings, etc.
Analyze sales trends, conversion rates, and agent productivity to identify improvement areas and implement PIPs when required.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecast future sales results.
A hands-on approach by acting as a sales agent role model, when needed.
Proven experience in call center, with 3 years experience in sales management or similar leadership roles
Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and call center technology, as well as KPI management.
Ability to manage performance under pressure and adapt to changing business needs.
Good command of English and Spanish.
Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
