Channel Services Program Manager – NSIs & NPI Delivery

Job Summary
• The Channel PM Delivery Manager is responsible for driving end‑to‑end enablement and operational execution for New Service or/and Product Introductions with a strong business focus on iMPS (Indirect Managed Print Services).
This role acts as a strategic connector between GBU, Field & Channel, Sales, Category teams, and our channel ecosystem to ensure partners are equipped, trained, and supported to successfully position, sell, and deliver profitable managed services and solutions.
The PM will support the design and rollout of profitable channel offers, drive enablement programs, ensure readiness milestones, and coordinate stakeholders to accelerate adoption and growth within our Managed Services (MS) portfolio.
Responsibilities
1. Channel Enablement & Readiness
- Lead enablement plans for NSIs and channel partners to ensure full readiness for iMPS and NPI offerings.
- Coordinate training, communication, and content delivery related to solutions, tools, processes, pricing, and contractual components.
- Identify capability gaps and define action plans to strengthen partner competencies.
2. NPI (New Product/Service Introduction) Program Management
- Drive NPI execution for the channel: timelines, requirements, readiness checkpoints, and communication.
- Align with GBU to translate product/service strategy into actionable channel enablement.
- Ensure partner-facing materials, tools, and support resources are available and optimized at launch.
3. iMPS Business Focus
- Partner with Sales and Category to support growth of the iMPS business through structured enablement, offer readiness, and delivery excellence.
- Support the design, packaging, and standardization of profitable iMPS channel offers.
- Monitor partner adoption, KPIs, and performance to identify opportunities for acceleration.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with GBU teams to bring portfolio evolution and service innovation into the channel.
- Align with Field & Channel Sales on go-to-market plans, partner targeting, and feedback loops.
- Collaborate with Category on pricing strategy, offer profitability, and competitive positioning.
5. Program Governance & Execution Excellence
- Develop project plans, manage milestones, and ensure timely delivery of enablement activities.
- Maintain structured documentation, partner communication, and internal reporting.
- Track program risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
6. Partner Experience & Support
- Act as a point of coordination for channel partners during enablement cycles.
- Ensure partners have access to tools, collateral, and operational support needed for success.
- Gather and relay partner insights to influence offer design and continuous improvement.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in project management, HP Services business units and with general projects, or a related field.
