Job Responsibilities
* Take overall responsibility for all sales activities in the assigned region.
* Identify and report on regional-specific market trends and ensure that project data are maintained and updated regularly.
* Contribute to the development of marketing strategies, including market opportunity and competitor analysis, budgets, and forecasts.
* Develop and maintain key customer relationships in relevant companies.
* Select and pursue business opportunities to successfully close contracts in close cooperation with Proposal Management and Application Engineering.
* Manage negotiations with customers and partners.
* Prepare and execute customer workshops.
* Represent the company at internal and external events, such as fairs, exhibitions, customer events, and workshops.
Qualifications
* Completed technical studies or apprenticeship with relevant experience in consultative selling of complex products and/or processes in the machine tool industry.
* Strong negotiation skills with strategic and commercial insight.
* Goal-oriented personality with high motivation.
* Customer-focused with a drive for results and success.
* Confidence and assertiveness.
* Interest in working in an international environment and willingness to travel.
* Good command of English, Basque, and Spanish.
