We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager Business Development to drive strategic growth in navy shipbuilding and offshore platform construction.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of innovation, defense, and offshore engineering.

Responsibilities
* Develop and execute business development strategies targeting navy shipbuilding and offshore platform building in Spain
* Responsible for the projects as Project Manager
* Identify new business opportunities aligned with navy and offshore in Spain
* Act as primary commercial interface with:
* Spanish Navy shipyard procurement offices and technical directorates
* Offshore shipyards
* Public agencies, suppliers, port authorities, and classification societies
* Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and technical stakeholders
* Represent the company in high-level meetings, industry forums, and defense/offshore exhibitions
* Lead opportunity qualification, bid/no-bid decisions, and capture planning
* Coordinate preparation of RFI, RFQ, and RFP responses for navy and offshore projects
* Ensure proposals are compliant with offshore regulations, and contractual requirements
* Support pricing strategy, risk assessment, and commercial negotiations
* Identify and develop strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and consortiums
* Support managing the projects in Spain
* Ensure all business development activities align with compliance and ethics standards
* Act as a bridge between customers and Estonia HQ (engineering, management, procurement, legal, finance)
* Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support product and service roadmap decisions
* Provide regular reports to senior management on strategy execution and market positioning
