Role Overview As we begin our international expansion, we're looking for a Madrid-based Marketing Manager to support client relationships, creator partnerships, and campaign execution in the Spanish market, working closely with our Dubai team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support client meetings and relationship management in Spain Coordinate campaign delivery with luma's Dubai-based team Contribute to proposals and marketing strategies Support the sourcing and coordination of creator and influencer partnerships Assist with project management and campaign execution Monitor market trends and surface new business opportunities Represent luma at relevant industry events and networking opportunities REQUIREMENTS 4–6 years in marketing, influencer marketing, communications, or agency environments Fluent Spanish and English, written and xpzdshu spoken Strong client-facing and presentation skills Experience with creators, influencers, or digital campaigns highly desirable Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Based in Madrid or willing to travel within Spain WHAT WE OFFER A key role in launching and growing luma's presence in Spain Exposure to international brands and regional campaigns Direct collaboration with senior leadership Flexible, remote-first working model Part-time contractor engagement with potential to evolve into a full-time role as the business grows
