From Temporing Barcelona we are looking for an HR SUPPORT with high level of English for an important software company located in Barcelona.
Responsibilities:
-Acts as direct line support for a designated region enabling recruiters and hiring managers to attract, interview and onboard new Autodesk employees.
-Support the business with job postings.
-Schedule Interviews & maintain the calendar invites.
-Support with candidates interview travel reimbursement.
-Manage hire processing in Workday.
-Maintain data integrity, completing process flows and workflows in relevant HR systems including but not limited to Workday,
-Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
-Run reports as requested by Candidate Support Manager.
Requirements:
1-2 years of HR related experience.
-Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
-Customer Service & Compliance mindset.
-High level of interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
-Excellent organization skills.
-Stakeholder management skills.
-Ability to work and adapt to a fast-changing work environment.
-Ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy challenges.
-Fluency in English.
