We are looking for a Project & Product Manager to act as the key link between business stakeholders and IT development teams, ensuring structured delivery and alignment between product vision and technical execution.
This role requires an end-to-end product mindset, strong Agile coordination skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.

* Location: Madrid, Spain
* Work Mode: Hybrid preferred (Madrid) – Spain remote may be considered

* Duration: Until December 31st, 2026
Role Overview
You will play a central role in coordinating between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth Agile delivery, system stability, and continuous improvement across platforms and processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
* Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
* Maintain and prioritize the product backlog with business stakeholders.
* Coordinate Agile development cycles and participate in Agile ceremonies.
* Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Coordinate deployments across environments.
* Validate deliverables and ensure quality alignment with business expectations.
* Manage incidents, analyze impact, and escalate when required.
* Coordinate with IT infrastructure and technical teams.
* Manage medium and long-term IT projects end-to-end.
* Provide structured planning, tracking, and reporting.
* Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Experience Required
* 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT environments.
* Demonstrated experience coordinating Agile development teams.
* Experience using JIRA or similar tracking tools.
