In this journey, Commercial Managers and their leaders play a critical role as change agents. To be successful, they need clear strategic direction, market-relevant guidance, and the tools to lead the shift toward value-based selling. This new way of working places the customer's business outcomes and satisfaction at the heart of every conversation. It also demands the confident adoption of data and technology to inform decisions, enable team success, and consistently exceed targets in a highly dynamic and competitive environment. This role will be instrumental in equipping our sales leaders to thrive and drive performance through this transformation. /ppbr/ppstrongWhat you will do /strong /pulliDevelop communication, implementation and change management plans with integrated tactics to support the launch and sustainment of different productivity programmes /liliDesign, implement and measure coaching programme for Managers /liliDesign and execute specific training sessions (in local language where possible) with different sales teams /liliCollaborate with external partners to coordinate and lead key development and sales programme /liliSupports Director of Sales Effectiveness in calculating ROI and ROE of the different programmes /liliGather consistent feedback from within the business in a reportable manner to support programme relevance /liliWork as key point of contact for Sales Effectiveness Team to CCO /liliAssist wider Sales Effectiveness team in other areas when necessary /li /ul puKey performance indicators /u: /pulliProgramme impact, application and adoption /liliEarly diagnose of sales blockages and plan solution /liliDémontrable Programme KPIs, ROI and ROE /liliNumbers of programme designed and executed successfully /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat we look for /strong /pulliExperience in sales and sales gravitas /liliExperience in running global key sales programmes from design to closure /liliExperience in designing and executing strategic and tactical sales trainings /liliKnowledge of qualification, sales methodology and buyers cycle /liliUnderstanding of sales enablement platforms and tools /liliDemonstrable experience of working across functional disciplines /liliExperience in interacting with senior level executives /liliStrong written, verbal and presentation skills /liliDemonstrates competence in key areas: change management, conflict management, sales direction and motivation, monitor, report and achievement of agreed targets /li /ul puPerson specification /u: /pulliAttitude to make a positive impact in sales and sales effectiveness /liliOrganised with strong focus on measuring results /liliCreative curiosity of how to modernize systems and processes /liliA team player with ability to work independently and share knowledge with team /liliAn optimizer, motivator and empowering professional /li /ul puQualifications /u: /pulliUniversity degree /liliEnglish language /liliOne or two additional languages desirable /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat we offer you: /strong /ppstrongLooking to make a mark? /strong /ppAt Colt, you’ll make a difference.
