Offer Description
* Electroporation and injections of tracers and viral vectors in the developing cerebellum.
* Perfusion, extraction, and dissection procedures with mouse brains.
* Histological techniques, including in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry, in slices and complete brains (IDISCO+).
* Confocal microscopy and 3D light-sheet microscopy (3D light-sheet).
* Use of image processing software (Imaris, Fiji) and statistical analysis for data interpretation.
