The Business Developer will report to the Region Director.
To present the MBE business opportunity to potential Master Franchisees and support negotiations to achieve the final signature of the franchising contract. To support the existing Master franchisee community in order to develop and support their network. To support translation and proofread the materials in Japanese and occasionally assisting as interpreter during the meetings.
Bachelor/Master in Business Administration or similar with record of strong academic performance Minimum two years related work experience in sales, lead development and internship experience in Sales program Excellent mastery of written and spoken English and Japanese. Solid communication skills, ambitious and able to build strong relationships with internal and external business partners. Good proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite and other business productivity software.
