We are looking for a UX Researcher for our main eCommerce client!
Location : Hybrid in Madrid
We are seeking a UX Researcher with fluency in Chinese and English, passionate about understanding consumer needs and transforming insights into effective design strategies.
Responsibilities
* Design, plan, and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies to enhance user experience on eCommerce platforms.
* Collect, analyze, and interpret user behavior data through surveys, interviews, usability testing, and other methodologies.
* Collaborate closely with UX / UI designers, developers, and product teams to ensure design decisions are backed by data and user insights.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in UX Research.
* Fluency in Chinese and English (written and spoken).
* Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
* Ability to synthesize information and present findings clearly and effectively.
* Experience with data analysis, usability testing, and survey tools.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
