**Your Role**:
Your objective is to be responsible for the studies of palatability, digestibility animal nutrition, and health done in the Affinity Nutrition Center, warranting quality results and managing the team of cat nutrition technicians.
**What will you do?**:
- You will manage a team of technicians to ensure the quality, and delivery dates of studies data, and the health and needs of the cats in the Nutrition Center.
- Manage resources under your responsibility to align needs and goals needed for the improvement of the Center in collaboration with the R&D; Center Manager.
- Support improving and creating protocols and ways of working to improve the performance and efficiency of the team.
- Ensure the quality of data inside the internal management software, including test schedules, animal status, activities, and tests.
- Analyze the data of animal healthcare like animal intake, body weight, health, and movement.
**What we are looking for**:
- 2 years experience in technical positions (ie. quality control, lab technician, testing center)
- Higher education or Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, laboratory technician, quality control, or University degree in Technical Scientific degrees like agricultural engineering, Chemical engineering, or food safety engineering.
- Knowledge of Animal Management will be highly valued
- The English language will be highly valued
- Self-management: Being able to work autonomously and in a responsible way
- Team Working and Social skills
- Good communication skills
- Being a pet lover is required!
