Job Description

* Manage the daily operations of the in-hotel retail store efficiently and effectively
* Promote a positive and professional team environment that fosters trust, integrity and superior performance standards, leading by example.
* Set daily goals for customer service to enhance the overall experience, emphasizing responsiveness and satisfaction.
* Ensure product placement, window displays, and visual merchandising align with brand standards
* Monitor sales targets and motivate the team to meet and exceed them
* Create strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and enhance the guest experience
* Handle procurement processes, including ordering and stock control
* Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance
* Oversee sales, inventory, and cashier processes
* Provide regular reports and budget updates to senior management
* Conduct regular performance conversations to discuss results and develop action plans.
* Make sure that all the company policies and procedures are followed by all the team members.
* Participate in attracting, recruiting and onboarding a high performing team.

Qualifications

* Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in the retail sector (preferably in hospitality or luxury retail)
* Strong leadership skills in team management, sales, and customer service
* Proficient in MS Office; experience with retail management software is a plus
* Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
* Guest-oriented, dynamic, and presentable
