Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Professor in Software Engineering at TecnoCampus, located in Mataró. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering lectures, mentoring students, developing and updating course materials, conducting academic research, and contributing to departmental projects. The professor will actively participate in curriculum development and collaborate with colleagues to foster an innovative and engaging learning environment aligned with TecnoCampus’ mission of professionalisation and entrepreneurship. xhfqzwm
Qualifications
Proficiency in software engineering principles, programming languages, software architecture, and development methodologies
Experience in teaching, curriculum development, and mentoring students in a university or academic setting
Research skills in software engineering or related fields, with a track record of publications being beneficial
Strong communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills
Ability to integrate professional practices and entrepreneurial perspectives into teaching methodologies
Proven ability to work effectively on‑site in a dynamic academic environment
Ph.D. or equivalent in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
Fluency in English is essential, proficiency in Catalan and Spanish is desirable
