OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Allen Bradley PLC Engineer to join a growing team delivering advanced automation solutions within the data centre sector across Europe.This is a remote-based role with extensive travel to sites across Europe, working on large-scale, mission-critical data centre projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, program, and commission Allen Bradley PLC systems (ControlLogix / CompactLogix)Develop and modify PLC code in line with project requirementsIntegrate PLC systems with SCADA, BMS, and other control platformsSupport FAT/SAT, commissioning, and on-site testing across European projectsDiagnose and resolve faults within automation systemsWork closely with project teams, clients, and other engineering disciplinesProduce and maintain technical documentation
RequirementsStrong experience with Allen Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix / CompactLogix)Proficiency in Rockwell Automation software (Studio 5000 / RSLogix)Experience within data centres or critical infrastructure environments (highly desirable)Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, etc.)Experience integrating xcskxlj PLCs with SCADA systemsWillingness to travel extensively across EuropeStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsFluent in English (additional European languages beneficial)
