We are looking for a senior profile in digital marketing and paid social media, specialized in user acquisition and app installs.
This position carries direct responsibility for campaign execution, optimization, and performance, with a clear impact on growth and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) and TikTok Ads
- Manage app install campaigns focused on conversion and scalability
- Analyze and optimize key metrics: CPI, CPA, ROAS
- Run continuous testing (creatives, audiences, copy)
- Identify opportunities to improve acquisition funnels
- Scale high-performing campaigns in a structured way
- Collaborate with content and influencer initiatives when relevant
Requirements
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing and paid media
- Proven experience in user acquisition campaigns for apps
- Hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads
- TikTok Ads
- (Nice to have) Google App Campaigns
Technical skills
- Strong understanding of performance metrics: CPI, CPA, ROAS
- Experience with attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch or similar)
- Advanced segmentation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization
Social Media & Performance
- Experience running conversion-focused campaigns
- Ability to identify and scale high-performing creatives
- Strong understanding of user behavior across social platforms
AI in marketing
- Daily use of tools such as ChatGPT and Midjourney
- Practical application of AI for creative generation, campaign optimization, and automation
Nice to have
- Experience in international campaigns
- Experience in digital product or xugodme startup environments
- Ability to work autonomously with strong judgment
Not a fit if
- You have no experience managing paid campaigns
- Your experience is primarily organic social media
- You cannot demonstrate measurable results
