We are looking for a Técnico de Recursos Humanos y PRL at Dimoldura SLU!

¿Cuál será tu misión?
Gestión del Talento:
Operational execution of recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation processes.
Support in organizational development initiatives, career plans, and competency management.
Gestión Laboral:
Administrative management of the full payroll cycle in coordination with external consultancy:
onboarding, terminations, contracts, incidents, and compliance tracking.
Coordination and monitoring of attendance and time registration systems:
clock-ins, shifts, absenteeism.
Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL):
Collaboration with external Prevention Service in implementing the Prevention Plan.
Support in basic documentation management:
risk assessments, preventive planning, CAE, etc.
Participation in awareness and workplace environment improvement actions from a preventive perspective.
Relaciones Laborales y Normativa:
Ensuring regulatory compliance in labor and PRL matters.
Interlocution with ETTs and external staffing providers.
Support in disciplinary processes, union management, and internal audits.
Transformación digital y mejora continua:
Actively participating in modernizing internal processes through technological solutions.
Valuable interest and/or experience in developing or implementing AI tools applied to personnel management:
process automation, predictive analytics, AI models for recruitment, etc.
Comunicación Interna y Clima Laboral:
Promoting corporate culture through internal communication initiatives.
Support in climate surveys and action plans.
Perfil profesional requerido
University degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or similar.
Valuable training in Occupational Risk Prevention (minimum intermediate level or basic knowledge).
Minimum of 3 years experience in similar roles, preferably in industrial or production environments.
Updated knowledge of labor legislation, collective agreements, and personnel administrative management.
Interest in digitization of HR area and knowledge of automation, AI, or HR Analytics tools is a plus.
Experience with HR management tools and time control systems (experience with NAV, Bizneo, etc. is valued).
High level of English (minimum B2-C1), essential for corporate communication.
