Technical Training Coordinator / Trainer (m / f / d)
Your task :
* You coordinate and plan the training schedules and coordinate the assignments with the respective specialist departments.
* You are specifically responsible for the organization and implementation of technical training courses and workshops as well as the creation of training and presentation materials.
* Together with the training team, you are jointly responsible for the quality assurance of the training.
* You are involved in the recruitment and selection of new trainees.
* You support the planning and implementation of internal / external marketing activities (such as school and trade fair visits).
* You are responsible for the entire process of preparing trainees for their exams.
* You work in the day-to-day business.
* You have successfully completed your technical studies or vocational training, ideally as an IT specialist (application development / system integration) or in the field of computer science.
* You have sound knowledge in the field of computer science.
* You enjoy working with people, are characterized by your communication skills and impress with your open and professional manner.
* You have a very good command of German (at least level C1) and a good command of written and spoken English.
