About The Role
GenAI models are improving very quickly, and one of our goals is to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills. If you join the platform as an AI Trainer in Civil Engineering, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate on these projects.
Typical responsibilities include:
Generate prompts that challenge AI.
Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of the AI's answers.
Correct the model's responses based on your domain‐specific knowledge.

Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD Degree in Engineering or a relevant area.
At least 3 years of professional experience in Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management, Urban and Regional Planning, Civil Engineering Materials Science, Coastal and Ocean Engineering, Earthquake Engineering, Surveying and Geomatics, Hydraulic Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Public Health Engineering, or Sustainable Engineering.
Advanced English (C1) or above.
Proficiency in Python with libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas.
Strong ability to design creative and diverse problems, particularly those that are computationally intensive and go beyond simple parameter modifications.
Ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly, and able to work with challenging, complex guidelines.
Full remote freelance role; requires a laptop, internet connection, and availability.
